black bean coleslaw
I wanted coleslaw with a little more substance, so I added the black beans. My hubby really likes it!

Ingredients
- 1 package coleslaw mix
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet relish
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
How To Make black bean coleslaw

Step 1Put coleslaw mix into large bowl. Add rinsed and drained black beans, mayonnaise, sweet relish and red wine vinegar. Mix together until slaw is coated.

Step 2Sprinkle sugar, garlic pepper and cumin over slaw and stir well.

Step 3Cover and chill for 45 minutes. Stir well before serving.
