My mother loves this as well as I do. We ate this in a resturant and I kept searching ingredients until I came up with a similar recipe. It's good comfort food & I will be making this for our "Thanksgiving Dinner".

How to Make BJ's Squash Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook squash until tender, saute onion in sm. amt. of butter, then mix all ingredients together. Top with the four cheese (mexican blend). Bake @ 350 degree oven for 30 min. or until bubbly & brown.
  2. ** Just made a good recipe better....saute onion in (1/2) stick of butter & try using (1/2) box of chicken stove top stuffing. I also used the 2lb bag of Pic Sweet frozen squash or you can use fresh. I like more squash in my recipe.
