    garlic ginger paste
  • 2 medium
  • 1/4 Tbsp
    turmeric, ground
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    chilli powder
  • bunch
  • pinch
    garam masala

How to Make bitter gourd fry


  1. first peel the bitter gourd nicely then wash with salt water , then chopp it finely in round shaped.
  2. take a pan , add oil,onion,garlic ginger paste ,garam masala,bitter gourd , salt , turmeric and water boil it till the water dries .then keep in low flame and for 10 mins then add chilli powder and coriander leaves
  3. serve it hot with rice
