- 1/2 kilogram bitter gourd
- - salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/4 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
- 2 medium onion
- 1/4 tablespoon turmeric, ground
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons chilli powder
- bunch coriander
- pinch - garam masala
How To Make bitter gourd fry

Step 1first peel the bitter gourd nicely then wash with salt water , then chopp it finely in round shaped.

Step 2take a pan , add oil,onion,garlic ginger paste ,garam masala,bitter gourd , salt , turmeric and water boil it till the water dries .then keep in low flame and for 10 mins then add chilli powder and coriander leaves

Step 3serve it hot with rice
