Ingredients
- 6 bunches fresh turnip greens
- 6 bunches fresh mustard greens
- 3 medium smoked ham hocks
- 1 package salt pork
- 1 package smoked ham pieces
- 1/2 cup bacon drippings (or to taste)
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make best turnip and mustard greens

Step 1Put all meat on to boil in a stock pot half filled with water.

Step 2Pick and wash (thoroughly) bunches of greens. Leaving a few stems for vitamin content.

Step 3When meat is cooked to folk tender add greens, salt and pepper to pot. Add bacon drippings and cook till greens are tender.

Step 4You gotta serve these with baked chicken, candied yams and cornbread! Hum-hum good!
