Ingredients

  • 1 can white shoe peg corn, drained
  • 1 can french style green beans, drained
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • - topping:
  • 1/2 box cheese crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

How To Make best ever vegetable casserole

  • Step 1
    Do not cook vegetables. Just layer in oiled casserole dish; corn, French style green beans, celery, onion, and bell pepper.
  • Step 2
    Mix sour cream and celery soup together. It may take 2 cans soup and 1 cup sour cream if you like it real creamy.
  • Step 3
    Spread on top of layered vegetables. Top with cheese, then topping.
  • Step 4
    Cook 350 till bubbly, about 20 minutes.
  • Step 5
    * you can toast almonds in butter until golden and add to dish after it has cooked
