Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    white shoe peg corn, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    french style green beans, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    celery soup
  • 1/2 c
    sharp cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • ·
    topping:
  • 1/2 box
    cheese crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 stick
    margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c
    slivered almonds

How to Make Best Ever Vegetable Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Do not cook vegetables. Just layer in oiled casserole dish; corn, French style green beans, celery, onion, and bell pepper.
  2. Mix sour cream and celery soup together. It may take 2 cans soup and 1 cup sour cream if you like it real creamy.
  3. Spread on top of layered vegetables. Top with cheese, then topping.
  4. Cook 350 till bubbly, about 20 minutes.
  5. * you can toast almonds in butter until golden and add to dish after it has cooked
