- 3/4 cup pineapple juice(from can)
- 1 quart drained beet wedges(2...# 2 cans)
- 3/4 cup beet juice(from can)
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt

How To Make beets with pineapple

Step 1Gradually add pineapple juice to cornstarch,then add beet juice. Place over low gas flame and cook until slightly thickened. Add pineapple chunks,beets,vinegar,and salt; heat and serve.
