Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pound can of beets, sliced and drained
How To Make beets and pineapple

Step 1Combine brown sugar, corn starch and salt in pan.

Step 2Stir in the pineapple with syrup.

Step 3Cook, stir constantly until it bubbles.

Step 4Add butter, lemon juice and beets.
