Beer Coleslaw

8 cgreen cabbage, shredded (about 2 pounds)

1/2 mediumgreen bell pepper, diced small

1 cmayonnaise

1/4 cbeer

1 tspcelery seeds

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper, freshly ground
How to Make Beer Coleslaw
- Mix cabbage, bell pepper and onion in large bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Pour over cabbage and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate coleslaw at least 30 minutes before serving.
