Ingredients
- 8 cups green cabbage, shredded (about 2 pounds)
- 1/2 medium green bell pepper, diced small
- 1 1/2 tablespoons onions, minced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
How To Make beer coleslaw

Step 1Mix cabbage, bell pepper and onion in large bowl.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Pour over cabbage and toss to coat.

Step 3Refrigerate coleslaw at least 30 minutes before serving.
