Ingredients

  • 8 cups green cabbage, shredded (about 2 pounds)
  • 1/2 medium green bell pepper, diced small
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons onions, minced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup beer
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground

How To Make beer coleslaw

  • Step 1
    Mix cabbage, bell pepper and onion in large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Pour over cabbage and toss to coat.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate coleslaw at least 30 minutes before serving.
