  • 8 c
    green cabbage, shredded (about 2 pounds)
  • 1/2 medium
    green bell pepper, diced small
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    onions, minced
  • 1 c
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 tsp
    celery seeds
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper, freshly ground

How to Make Beer Coleslaw


  1. Mix cabbage, bell pepper and onion in large bowl.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Pour over cabbage and toss to coat.
  3. Refrigerate coleslaw at least 30 minutes before serving.
