green cabbage, shredded (about 2 pounds)
1/2 medium
green bell pepper, diced small
1 1/2 Tbsp
onions, minced
1 c
mayonnaise
1/4 c
beer
1 tsp
celery seeds
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper, freshly ground

How to Make Beer Coleslaw

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix cabbage, bell pepper and onion in large bowl.
  • 2Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Pour over cabbage and toss to coat.
  • 3Refrigerate coleslaw at least 30 minutes before serving.
