- 1 teaspoon hot peppers (jalapeno or serrano) minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh herbs, chopped
- 4 - tomatoes, beef steak
- 1 - sweet onion, sliced

Step 1Combine green onion, garlic, chiles and lemon juice.
