Ingredients

  • 1-2 pound beef stew meat
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 4 - potatoes, medium (peeled, diced)
  • 1 can green beans (drained)

How To Make beef & bean casserole

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350, spray 9x13 baking pan with pam.
  • Step 2
    If stew is in bigger pieces, cut into bite size pieces. Afterward, put into bottom of pan.
  • Step 3
    Pour (drained) green beans on top of beef, followed with the potatoes. Finish with undiluted soup, cover with foil. Cook for 30-35 minutes, take foil off and finish cooking.
