My mama made bean salad every holiday and only on holidays and I loved it. Somehow I still do the same thing and only make it on holidays. Just sitting here thinking what a shame that is cause I could eat that stuff all day, it's sooo good.

Ingredients

    green beans, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    wax beans, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can(s)
    garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 c
    diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 c
    diced onion
  • DRESSING

  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2/3 c
    vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How to Make Bean salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients. Mix all dressing ingredients and pour over beans. Toss ingredients. Let marinate 4-24 hours and stir every so often.
