How to Make BBQ Sauerkraut

Step-by-Step

  1. In a small skillet saute bacon and onions together.
    In a 2 quart casserole combine sauerkraut, tomatoes, brown sugar bacon and onions.
  2. Bake uncovered in 350 degrees for 2 hours. Casserole should look carmally around the edges.
