Ingredients
- 4 - green onions, cut into 3 inch pieces
- 1 - medium zucchini, cut into 3x1/4 inch strips
- 1 - medium sized green pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 1 - medium red bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 - clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped
How To Make basil-vegetable saute

Step 1Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; add oil.

Step 2Place over medium-high heat until hot.

Step 3Add garlic; stir fry 1 minute.

Step 4Add reserved vegetables; stir fry 2 minutes.

Step 5Add basil.

Step 6Cover and reduce heat.

Step 7Cook 2 minutes and serve immediately.
