Ingredients

    green onions, cut into 3 inch pieces
  • 1
    medium zucchini, cut into 3x1/4 inch strips
  • 1
    medium sized green pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips
  • 1
    medium red bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1
    clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh basil, finely chopped

How to Make Basil-Vegetable Saute

Step-by-Step

  1. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; add oil.
  2. Place over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add garlic; stir fry 1 minute.
  4. Add reserved vegetables; stir fry 2 minutes.
  5. Add basil.
  6. Cover and reduce heat.
  7. Cook 2 minutes and serve immediately.
