Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- fresh parsley for garnish
How To Make balsamic mushrooms

Step 1Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the garlic and saute about 1 minute. Add the mushrooms, vinegar, wine and salt and pepper. Decrease heat to medium low and simmer about 10 minutes until mushrooms are soft.

Step 2Drizzle the balsamic glaze over mushrooms and mix well. Serve with parsley
