- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 - green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup lowfat swiss cheese, grated
How To Make baked zucchini with cheese

Step 1Put the zucchini in a colander or on towels to drain off the moisture.

Step 2Combine the remaining ingredients.

Step 3Add the zucchini and mix well.

Step 4Pour into a lightly oiled 2-quart casserole.
