- 2 - zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese, grated
How To Make baked zucchini and cheese

Step 1Put zucchini in a colander on paper towels to drain off the moisture.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients.

Step 3Add zucchini and mix well.

Step 4Pour into lightly oiled casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.
