I love squash just about any way you fix it. This is a very easy recipe and oh so good.

Ingredients For baked yellow squash

3 cyellow squash, sliced

6 Tbspbutter, melted

1 conion, chopped

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1 ccream or evaporated milk

2 cbread crumbs
-
6 Tbspbutter, melted (additional)
How To Make baked yellow squash

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x9 baking dish.

2Combine squash, 6 Tablespoons melted butter, onion, cheese, milk and cream. Mix well. Pour into prepared dish. Set aside.

3Break your bread in to small pieces in medium size bowl, melt the additional 6 tablespoons butter and toss with bread crumbs. Sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly over the squash mixture.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake an additional 10 minutes.
