Ingredients
- 2 (15 OZ) cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 can finely cut water chestnuts, drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 stick butter (for topping)
- 1 - roll ritz crackers, crushed (for topping)
How To Make baked vegetable casserole

Step 1make topping of crackers and butter and set aside. mix nthe first five ingredients and place in casserole dish. sprinkle topping on casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
