- 4 - tomatoes sliced 1/4-1/2in slices
- 1/4 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- - salt and pepper

How To Make baked tomatoes oregano

Step 1Preheat oven to 400. Place tomatoes in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese, bread crumbs, minced garlic then dried oregano.

Step 2Salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20min.Or until cheese is lightly toasted. Great side dish, snack, or served with a nice crusty bread.
