- 4 cups cups fresh corn. right off the cobb/ can use frozen
- 4 cups fresh tomatoes.diced
- 2 8oz. packages buttonmushrooms.washed.and sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons suger
- 2 cups italian bread crumbs. plus more for top
- 3 tablespoons real butter.plus more for the top

Step 1preheat oven to 350. combine all ingredients.in a large mixing bowl. pour mixture into a large backing dish. greased. spread bread crumbs over the top. put pads of butter over top. spaced evenly.bake for 30 minutes
