8 mdyellow squash (sliced)

1 mdonion (chopped)

How To Make baked squash casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cook squash and onion in small amount of boiling water 5-7 minutes. Drain well. Place vegetables in blender with milk and process until smooth. (Do a little at a time) Combine squash mixture with other ingredients. Place in a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until set.
