Ingredients
- 8 medium yellow squash (sliced)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine (melted)
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon worchester sauce
- 4 slices bacon (cooked)
- 2 - eggs (beaten)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup milk
How To Make baked squash casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cook squash and onion in small amount of boiling water 5-7 minutes. Drain well. Place vegetables in blender with milk and process until smooth. (Do a little at a time) Combine squash mixture with other ingredients. Place in a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until set.
