Ingredients
- 1 17-oz cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 17-oz cans cream-style corn
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup round buttery crackers
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 2-oz jars chopped pimiento, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
How To Make baked scalloped corn casserole

Step 1Combine all ingredients except cheese and butter, mixing well. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with cheese and dot with butter.

Step 2Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
