    cream-style corn
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    round buttery crackers
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 2-oz jar(s)
    chopped pimiento, drained
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter or margarine

How to Make Baked Scalloped Corn Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and butter, mixing well. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with cheese and dot with butter.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
