cream-style corn
1/4 c
1/4 c
round buttery crackers
1/4 c
chopped onion
eggs, beaten
1 2-oz jar(s)
chopped pimiento, drained
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
2 Tbsp
grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp
butter or margarine

How to Make Baked Scalloped Corn Casserole


  • 1Combine all ingredients except cheese and butter, mixing well. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with cheese and dot with butter.
  • 2Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
