Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cup shredded sauerkraut, drained
- 2 cups stewed tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 cup brown sugar
How To Make baked sauerkraut

Step 1Fry bacon until crisp; crumble and set aside. In bacon drippings, saute onion until transparent.

Step 2Combine all ingredients in baking dish and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
