I don't eat much meat so when I do cook it, I sometimes will eat just the side vegetable dishes. This is one that I enjoy. It fills me up just fine and tastes good to me.

    washed potatoes of choice
  • ·
    sea or kosher salt to taste
  • ·
    black pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg
    frozen peas
  • ·
    butter to taste
  • 1/2 c
    chicken brown gravy

How to Make Baked Pototoes w/Chicken Brown Gravy & Peas


  1. Wash the potatoes and place in pre-heated oven which is set at 350 degrees. Set timer to 55 minutes.
  2. When done, I just cut up the potatoes, mix it with some butter to taste, add the salt and pepper. Top with some chicken brown gravy.
  3. TIP: Top with green onions that have been cut up.
