How to Make Baked Onions
- Rinse unpeeled onions; cut off the hard root and the dry top. Place in a foil-covered pan and bake at 375 F. for 1-1/2 hours.
- Remove from oven and slide off skins. Place in oven-proof dish.
- Combine margarine, sour cream, lemon juice and brown sugar; mix well. Spread sour cream mixture over onions. Sprinkle with paprika and return to oven briefly to heat sauce.
- Sprinkle with parsley to garnish before serving.
