Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped
How To Make baked mushrooms - swedish style

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Melt butter in a skillet and saute onions until golden.

Step 3Beat eggs in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish and add breadcrumbs, milk, half and half along with salt and pepper. Mix well until liquid is absorbed.

Step 4Gently fold in mushrooms and onions. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes or until mixture is golden and set.
