The easiest way that I have found to store fresh corn in the freezer.

Ingredients

  • 18 cups corn, cut off the cob
  • 1 pound butter, cold
  • 1 pint half and half

How To Make baked freezer corn

  • Step 1
    Mix ingredients together in a large roasting pan.
  • Step 2
    Bake uncovered for one hour at 325 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes. Don't worry if it looks slightly curdled in the baking. It will be delicious.
  • Step 3
    Let cool in pan on counter. When cool, package for the freezer. Add sugar and salt when ready to use.
