Ingredients

18 c
corn, cut off the cob
1 lb
butter, cold
1 pt
half and half

How to Make Baked Freezer Corn

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix ingredients together in a large roasting pan.
  • 2Bake uncovered for one hour at 325 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes. Don't worry if it looks slightly curdled in the baking. It will be delicious.
  • 3Let cool in pan on counter. When cool, package for the freezer. Add sugar and salt when ready to use.
