I fixed this for dinner tonight and really enjoyed it! It doesn't make much but is quite good and so easy to prepare. I had all the ingredients in the pantry so that made it even better.

Ingredients

1 can cream style corn
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 - 2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 - eggs

How To Make baked creamed corn

Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Beat eggs until frothy; add all ingredients and mix well. Pour into square baking dish or 1 qt. casserole dish. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes. Very good!
