This is a super easy recipe for any corn lover. Great side dish with any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter (use real butter)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 can whole corn, drained
  • 2 - eggs beaten

How To Make baked corn

  • Step 1
    Bring to a boil, 3/4 cup of milk with butter and sugar.
  • Step 2
    Dissolve flour in 1/4 cup of milk.
  • Step 3
    Pour flour milk mixture into the milk, butter, sugar mixture to make a thin sauce.
  • Step 4
    Add all to drained corn and gently stir in beaten eggs.
  • Step 5
    Add mixture to a lightly greased loaf pan.
  • Step 6
    Bake at 400 degrees (or less) until lightly browned.
