  • 1 c
    whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter (use real butter)
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 can(s)
    whole corn, drained
  • 2
    eggs beaten

How to Make Baked Corn


  1. Bring to a boil, 3/4 cup of milk with butter and sugar.
  2. Dissolve flour in 1/4 cup of milk.
  3. Pour flour milk mixture into the milk, butter, sugar mixture to make a thin sauce.
  4. Add all to drained corn and gently stir in beaten eggs.
  5. Add mixture to a lightly greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees (or less) until lightly browned.
