- 1 - sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- - salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 stick butter

Step 2Pour into a greased casserole dish. Salt and pepper top. Dot top with butter.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes, or until golden and there is no jiggle in the middle and a knife comes out clean.
