This was one of my Mom's favorite recipes. She passed away in 2001, but left me with many great recipes to remember her by.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
cream style corn
1 can(s)
whole corn (do not drain)
1 - 8 oz pkg
sour cream
1 stick
butter (melted)
3 to 4 Tbsp
sugar
2
eggs (beaten)
1 pkg
jiffy cornbread mix (add last)

How to Make Baked Corn Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients together and add the Jiffy cornbread mix last.
  • 2Put in a 9 x 12 casserole dish.
  • 3Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour, or until a toothpick in the middle of casserole comes out clean. ENJOY!!
