This was one of my Mom's favorite recipes. She passed away in 2001, but left me with many great recipes to remember her by.

Ingredients
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can whole corn (do not drain)
- 1 - 8 oz packages sour cream
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 3 to 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 - eggs (beaten)
- 1 package jiffy cornbread mix (add last)
How To Make baked corn casserole

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and add the Jiffy cornbread mix last.

Step 2Put in a 9 x 12 casserole dish.

Step 3Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour, or until a toothpick in the middle of casserole comes out clean. ENJOY!!
