baked corn casserole

This was one of my Mom's favorite recipes. She passed away in 2001, but left me with many great recipes to remember her by.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can whole corn (do not drain)
  • 1 - 8 oz packages sour cream
  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 - eggs (beaten)
  • 1 package jiffy cornbread mix (add last)

How To Make baked corn casserole

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together and add the Jiffy cornbread mix last.
  • Step 2
    Put in a 9 x 12 casserole dish.
  • Step 3
    Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour, or until a toothpick in the middle of casserole comes out clean. ENJOY!!
