3 Tbspbutter or margarine
3 Tbspflour, all purpose or self-rising
16 ozfrozen corn, thawed
1/8 tspblack pepper
2 Tbspgranulated sugar
How to Make BAKED CORN
- Preheat oven to 375. In a saucepan, melt butter; sprinkle in flour and stir well. Gradually add milk and bring to the boiling point but do not boil.
- Add in the thawed corn, salt, pepper and sugar. Heat thoroughly then remove from heat.
- Temper eggs then add to mixture. Pour into a 2 quart buttered baking dish and bake @375 for approximately 35 minutes.
