Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons flour, all purpose or self-rising
- 2 cups milk
- 16 ounces frozen corn, thawed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 - eggs, beaten
How To Make baked corn

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. In a saucepan, melt butter; sprinkle in flour and stir well. Gradually add milk and bring to the boiling point but do not boil.

Step 2Add in the thawed corn, salt, pepper and sugar. Heat thoroughly then remove from heat.

Step 3Temper eggs then add to mixture. Pour into a 2 quart buttered baking dish and bake @375 for approximately 35 minutes.
