4 cgrated carrots
2 tspbalsamic vinegar
1/4 tsponion powder
1/4 cbutter or margarine
1/2 tspdill or cumin (optional)
How to Make Baked Carrots
- Toss carrots and other ingredients except butter in a greased casserole dish. Smooth out.
- Slice butter or margarine over the top.
- Cover and bake at 350 for an hour. Maybe check at 45-50 minutes or so. Sometimes they go faster.
- The dill or cumin is very good. Just depends on what meat you are serving.
