Ingredients

  • 18 small carrots
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup boiling water

How To Make baked carrots

  • Step 1
    Scrape or pare carrots and place in casserole.
  • Step 2
    Cream butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon together; add water and blend well.
  • Step 3
    Pour over carrots, cover and bake in moderate 350 oven 1 1/2 hours.
