Quick to throw together and awesome in a veggy and cheesey way- a sneaky way to get the kids to eat their veggies and since they are baked and not fried (even tho they taste like it), they are healthy also!

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bag (12oz) frozen broccoli, thawed and squeezed to remove water
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/16 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make baked broccoli cheese patties

Step 1Line a cookie sheet with foil, lightly grease the foil.

Step 2Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 3Heat oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic, onions and dash salt and pepper. Saute' til onions and garlic are tender; set aside to cool.

Step 4Put broccoli into large bowl and add onion/garlic mix. Stir gently.

Step 5Add cheeses and egg and mix.

Step 6Add panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, Old Bay and salt and pepper. Mix again gently and then form into patties.

Step 7Place on prepared baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees on one side til brown, 15 mins. Turn over and bake for 15 additional minutes, browning the other side. Enjoy!
