baked beans with bacon
My family and friends will ask me to bring my baked beans to our get-togethers. I also like to make them for our backyard cookouts and holidays.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
The barbecue sauce, ketchup, and garlic powder give these baked beans great flavor. Or, it could be the bacon on top ... bacon makes everything better! A perfect addition to your next cookout.

How To Make baked beans with bacon
Test Kitchen Tips
To get crispier bacon, place the beans under your broiler for 3-4 more minutes. Just keep your eye on the beans so the bacon doesn't burn.
-
Step 1Place your beans in a bowl. Add chopped onions, brown sugar, ketchup, barbecue sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix well.
-
Step 2Next, add your ingredients to your baking dish. Lay the uncooked bacon across the top of the beans.
-
Step 3Bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes until beans are bubbling and bacon is done.
