How to Make Bacon Fried Brussels
- Place ghee and bacon in large skillet and set temp to medium high. Cook bacon in ghee until it crisps. Remove bacon and set aside to use in something else.
- Add Brussels and fry for 2 minutes, moving and turning the entire time.
- After 2 minutes, remove from ghee and place in a strainer to drain.
- Press garlic through garlic press and add to the brussels. Add a bit of salt flakes and toss to coat.
