Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 pound bacon, cut up
- 2 cups baby brussels, ends cut and brown leaves removed
- 2 cloves garlic
- dash salt flakes
How To Make bacon fried brussels

Step 1Place ghee and bacon in large skillet and set temp to medium high. Cook bacon in ghee until it crisps. Remove bacon and set aside to use in something else.

Step 2Add Brussels and fry for 2 minutes, moving and turning the entire time.

Step 3After 2 minutes, remove from ghee and place in a strainer to drain.

Step 4Press garlic through garlic press and add to the brussels. Add a bit of salt flakes and toss to coat.
