bacon, cut up
2 c
baby brussels, ends cut and brown leaves removed
2 clove
salt flakes

How to Make Bacon Fried Brussels


  • 1Place ghee and bacon in large skillet and set temp to medium high. Cook bacon in ghee until it crisps. Remove bacon and set aside to use in something else.
  • 2Add Brussels and fry for 2 minutes, moving and turning the entire time.
  • 3After 2 minutes, remove from ghee and place in a strainer to drain.
  • 4Press garlic through garlic press and add to the brussels. Add a bit of salt flakes and toss to coat.
