Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bacon chopped
- 1 small onion minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound baby bella mushrooms chopped
- 2 - bay leaves
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make bacon and mushroom adobo

Step 1Place the bacon in a large skillet. Cook until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon to a paper towel.

Step 2Add the onion and garlic to the bacon grease. Cook 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and bay leaves. Cook 1 minutes.

Step 3Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, and pepper together. Pour over the mushrooms reduce the heat to low and simmer about 10 minutes. Remove the bay leaves and stir in the bacon. Serve over rice
