How to Make Baby Carrots Glazed with Pepper Jelly
- Combine chicken broth and carrots in a skillet over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring often, until they are crisp-tender and broth is reduced to 1/4 cup.
- Stir in butter and red pepper jelly and continue cooking, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened and carrots are glazed.
