  • 1 bag 2-pound bag baby carrots
  • 1 can 10.5 oz. can low-fat chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 jar 10-oz. jar red jalapeno pepper jelly (or your choice)

How To Make baby carrots glazed with pepper jelly

  • Step 1
    Combine chicken broth and carrots in a skillet over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring often, until they are crisp-tender and broth is reduced to 1/4 cup.
  • Step 2
    Stir in butter and red pepper jelly and continue cooking, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened and carrots are glazed.
