1Melt butter - add onion, green pepper and garlic powder. Saute - then add diced squash. Stir - put on lid - cook until soft. About 20 min. Remove from heat. In a large bowl, beat eggs, add the bread which was torn into small pieces. Add the cheese. Mix well and blend into the squash mixture. Put into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Use small tender squash. Serve warm.
