1 can(s)shoe peg corn, drained
1/2 cchopped onion
1/2 cchopped celery
1/2 cchopped green bell pepper
1/2 cshredded cheese
1 can(s)cream of celery soup
1/2 csour cream
1 ccrushed cracker crumbs
How to Make Aunt Effie's Bean and Corn Casserole
- Mix green beans, corn, onion, celery, bell pepper, cheese, soup and sour cream together well and place in a buttered baking dish.
- Melt 1 stick butter and mix with 1 cup crushed cracker crumbs.
- Spread buttered cracker crumbs over mixture and bake 40 minutes at 350°F.
