Asparagus with Lemon Butter
How to Make Asparagus with Lemon Butter
- Wash and trim asparagus. Cook in boiling water just until tender, about 10-12 minutes. (or steam it)
- Combine lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of butter in a small saucepan. Heat until bubbly.
- Gradually add the remaining butter, stirring until blended.
- Drain asparagus. Arrange on a platter.
- Spoon the lemon butter over the asparagus, as little or as much as you like.
- Garnish with lemon wedges.
