How to Make asparagus with jalapeno hollandaise sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. snap off tough ends of asparagus. Arrange asparagus steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp tender. Arrange asparagus on a serving plate, and keep warm.
  2. Prepare hollandaise sauce mix according to package directions; stir in Parmesan cheese, diced jalapeno pepper, and pimiento. Serve over asparagus. Garnish, if desired. Makes six servings.
