Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus
- 3 large egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 - dash pepper
- 1/2 cup melted butter
How To Make asparagus hollandaise

Step 1Snap asparagus stalks. Cook,covered,in salted water 10-15 minutes. DO NOT OVER COOK!!

Step 2Meanwhile mix egg yolks,lemon juice,salt and pepper in blender for 5 seconds. Add in butter while blending again for 5 seconds more. Heat in a double boiler over low heat. Place asparagus on serving dish and pour sauce over.
