This is a good but impressive and yet easy recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 - dash pepper
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

How To Make asparagus hollandaise

  • Step 1
    Snap asparagus stalks. Cook,covered,in salted water 10-15 minutes. DO NOT OVER COOK!!
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile mix egg yolks,lemon juice,salt and pepper in blender for 5 seconds. Add in butter while blending again for 5 seconds more. Heat in a double boiler over low heat. Place asparagus on serving dish and pour sauce over.
