How to Make Asparagus Hollandaise
- Snap asparagus stalks.
Cook,covered,in salted water 10-15 minutes.
DO NOT OVER COOK!!
- Meanwhile mix egg yolks,lemon juice,salt and pepper in blender for 5 seconds.
Add in butter while blending again for 5 seconds more.
Heat in a double boiler over low heat.
Place asparagus on serving dish and pour sauce over.
