- 1 pound asparagus, fresh
- 4 ounces crumbled feta
- 8 ounces jar of kalamata olives
- 3 ounces sun-dried tomato salad dressing (ken's)
How To Make asparagus greek salad

Step 1Steam asparagus to liking. (I like mine still crunchy)

Step 2Place cooked asparagus into a flat oval bowl (or small platter) Sprinkle salad dressing over asparagus.

Step 3Sprinkle crumbled feta over all. Surround with a ring of olives. Serve cold.
