This is the only way I will eat asparagus, and I said, "this is like candy!!" A really quick and yummy way to make asparagus.

Ingredients
- 2 bunches asparagus
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make asparagus candy

Step 1Pre heat oven to 450 degrees.

Step 2Wash asparagus and snap hard, woody ends off. Pour olive oil, salt and pepper over asparagus. Make sure they all get a good rub down!

Step 3Put the asparagus on a large cookie sheet. Make sure they are spread out flat (you may have to do 2 batches). Roast for 10 minutes.

Step 4After 10 minutes, take the asparagus out and sprinkle with the cheese and lemon juice. Put back in the oven for 5 to 8 minutes. I take them out when the cheese is nice and crispy!
