all over with fork. Bake 10 minutes. Prick again if needed. Let cool. Reduce oven temperature to 375. Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over asparagus in pan. Return to boiling. Boil, covered, 5 minutes until tender. Drain. Dry on paper towels to remove excess moisture. Put in blender with cream, egg, nutmeg and salt. Blend at high speed 1 minute or until smooth. Stir in 1 1/2 cups grated cheese to mix well.
