asian style radishes
My Chinese stepfather used to make these as both as an appetizer and as a side dish. Even as a child I loved them! This dish is refreshing served well chilled in the summer or at room temperature in the winter as a nice foil to heavier dishes. The recipe doubles well for parties. The marinade smooths the heat and bite of radishes while maintaining their flavor.
