Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 teaspoon each sesame oil, minced garlic, minced fresh ginger, & chili garlic paste
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, honey, ketchup, and chopped green onions
How To Make asian fried cauliflower ( gobi manchurian)

Step 1In a large bowl combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, chili powder and salt. Whisk in the water to make a batter. Add the cauliflower into the batter and coat each piece. Transfer the cauliflower to a baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour.

Step 2Add the oil, garlic, and ginger to a pot and cook 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients except green onions and cook 3 more minutes. Set aside.

Step 3Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove the cauliflower from the freezer and place in oven. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes stirring half way through.

Step 4Toss the cauliflower into the sauce and garnish with green onions
