Ingredients
- 1 pound small brussels sprouts
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh, grated ginger
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
How To Make asian brussels sprouts

Step 1Trim and Halve the sprouts.

Step 2Heat a large skillet over meduim heat.

Step 3Place the walnuts in the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently or until toasted. Set aside.

Step 4Raise the heat to medium-high.

Step 5Place the oil in the same skillet and heat.

Step 6Add the sprouts and ginger. Cook stirring frequently for 5 minutes, or until sprouts are lightly browned.

Step 7Add broth, honey, lime juice, chili sauce and soy sauce. Stir to mix.

Step 8Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 to 10 minutes more. Until sprouts are tender and glazed with the sauce.

Step 9Place in a serving bowl and toss with the walnuts.
